Description: The “Mani in Pasta” cooking class guides you through the preparation of homemade fresh pasta, following the Sicilian tradition. The experience begins with a welcome aperitif featuring local products and continues with the preparation of a dish chosen together with the chef, followed by a final light lunch accompanied by wine, water, dessert, and limoncello. Vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free options are available upon request.
Below is a list of options to be agreed upon with the cooking school:
1) Arancini with ragù and vegetarian arancini
2) Sicilian wheat spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and beef meatballs
3) Fresh pasta with vegetarian sauce
4) Tiramisù
5) Cannoli filled with ricotta cream
Information: The activity lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place either at the cooking school in the historic centre or at your accommodation, subject to availability.
Price: The at-home experience costs €140 per person, for groups of 2 to 8 participants. At the cooking school in Syracuse, the experience is available for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants. For children under 5 years old, the experience is free of charge; for children aged 6 to 12, the cost is €60.
