Description: Experience a guided excursion through the history of the archaeological sites of Pantalica and the Anapo Valley, home to the rock-cut Necropolis with over 5,000 tombs carved into the limestone cliffs, now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the excursion, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the waters of the Anapo River and visit the remains of three Byzantine villages: the Village of Cavetta and the rock churches of San Micidiario, San Nicolicchio, and the Crocifisso.
